Hi and thank you for taking the time to read our Bio. Kayjay Gifts was formed in 2017, originally just as a hobby, but then it grew into a business through word-of-mouth from friends, family and loyal customers through social media.
We are 100% about providing good customer service so that your ideas are turned into bespoke gifts and we accomplish this by working closely with customers to ensure the best result possible. Our keen eye for detail allows us to take a photo that originally might not work with a product at first glance and edit them to work with your product of choice.
We are always ready and excited to hear and talk through your ideas and take great pride in making our customers happy with the end result.

Many of our products are dispatched within 5-7 working days from order.
Please note these are approx. dispatch dates and can be affected by bad weather and busy periods.
Please note this is WORKING DAYS TILL DISPATCH – delivery is on top and takes around 3-5 days. Please bear the number of weekends and bank holidays which are not classed as working days if your item is for a specific event. Please ensure you contact us with plenty of notice if your order is needed for a set date.
This depends on the weight of the order.
Typically, Frames are £4.70 but this increases for multiple items due to increased weight.
This is for standard delivery.
The option for “Jump the queue” includes priority design and handmaking, as well as a tracked delivery service in the UK. This is not available on every item.
We are certain you’ll love what we make. All of our items are handmade to order and therefore bespoke as such we are unable to accept returns or refunds. Please ensure you understand this before ordering.
If an item arrives damaged then please get in touch – we will get it sorted out for you. Customer service is of utmost importance to us as a small business.
Like everything our products love a bit of TLC
Some important things to bear in mind:
Frames do not like big temperature changes or moisture. So, places like the window ledge with temperature and condensation issues, near a radiator, in a conservatory or orangery or bathroom are places to avoid. If you do put them here’ they may over time become damaged with mouldings that can peel or warp. This is the same for all types of moulded frames so please bear this in mind when choosing where to place your gift.
You can gently wipe the frame with a dry clean cloth as needed but please keep fingers and nails away from the front as they can mark. A lint-free cloth does a great job of gently wiping any dust-off frame fronts.
We are not responsible for any damage caused to the frame after its delivery so please give your gift all the love.
